By giving permission for Dudemedia and its broadcast affiliates to use your videos, images and other media you may share with us, all persons must understand that they may not demand any royalty payments from the aforementioned subjects. You also must understand that if you do sell your media to a large company, you must notify Dudemedia immediately as Dudemedia must retract this media from our site.
All media uploaded to our site is therefore classed as Dudemedia property and can be used by Dudemedia admistration staff as they wish within our site.
